3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify our customer support team immediately. win199 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and to ensure the integrity of our platform, win199 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves submitting the following documents:

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposit Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of processing error by win199 or your payment provider.
• win199 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful source. win199 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or close Accounts if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name matching your KYC documents.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

13.2 Termination by win199

win199 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Multiple accounts or use of false identity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

In the event of Account termination for cause, win199 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance and to pursue legal action if warranted.
